Thrifty wife

I guess you could say one of my passions is discount shopping. I am addicted to thrift stores, which is where most of mine and my daughters clothes come from. Thankfully we are blessed to have good ones in the area, such as Salvation Army, Goodwill, and also some great kid's consignment shops: Sweet Peas and Kid's Corner. Being a stay at home mom and having only one household income, I welcome any way possible to save money. I do lots of grocery shopping at Aldi and also try to catch good sales at Food Lion. Gotta support FL, after all that's where my husband works :)

Well, this is a first for me. I've never done a blog before but decided to give it a try. No, my life is not full of excitement but thats ok. I'm living out my dream- married to my best friend and the man I love and mommy to a beautiful little girl. She is a very special miracle but I will leave that story for a later post
